Amira Cuisine & Bakery, run by Hadeel Alnajjar, has a wonderful array of authentic Middle Eastern foods. With parents inspiring her from a young age, she now has over 27 years of culinary experience and channels this passion into her business. Middle Eastern food is known for its vibrant spices, bold flavors, as well the time and effort required to prepare it properly. Amira Cuisine & Bakery works hard to create authentic dishes and maintain the meaning and dedication behind their work.
Avalon Acres offers a wide assortment of fresh organic produce. They also offer seedlings corresponding with any of the fresh produce to inspire customers to have fun growing some produce of their own!
ChiGoBee Farm will be back with a huge expansion of cheeses, breads, sweets and even some gluten free options! ChiGoBee Farm is a licensed dairy and recently expanded their commercial kitchen and are ready to see you all soon!
Farthest Field Farm is a no-till farm in Freeport using organic methods to grow everything that goes into their hot sauces, salsas, and relish, as well as seasonal produce like fresh greens and luscious heirloom tomatoes. Look forward to seedlings in the spring and fresh ginger and turmeric in the fall!
Hallowell Harvest Farm offers regeneratively raised quail and chicken eggs, whole quail meat, and a unique line of sourdough baked goods—including English muffins, bagels, baguettes and loaves—made with our farm’s own quail eggs. This sets our baked goods apart from others in the market, adding richness, nutrition, and a distinct farm-to-oven story. We also plan to introduce seasonal produce, herbs this season, and—pending co-op kitchen access—pickled eggs, lo mein noodles and more.

Liberation Farms grows and distributes fresh, local produce to help build strong and healthy communities. We are proud to offer high-quality, chemical-free vegetables, including specialty varieties. In addition to the wide variety of produce, our farmers bring hand-woven baskets and our corn meal, made with African flint corn and processed by Maine Grains to the market.
Luna Bee has an impressive selection of Honey, creamed & hot honey(s), spiced honey nuts, beeswax candles & skincare items (soap, lip & body balm and hand cream, beeswax wraps.
Petrullo Farm makes and sells 15 different styles of fresh pasta, from the classics like spaghetti and rigationi, to some funky shapes like fisarmoniche and mafalidine. They use semolina and durum flour, salt, water, and farm fresh eggs. They also offer a gluten free option, using chickpea and a gluten free flour, as well as flavored pasta including basil and sriracha.
Sense 2003, Raiders Sugarhouse has been perfecting their craft. They now offer a plethora of maple products such as maple syrup, sugar, sauces, candy, and more as seen at many retail store across the state of Maine, and now at our very own Freeport Farmers Market!

Jennifer has been a chef for over 35 years, with serve-safe certification, and is a Master U-Maine Food Preserver. Having a licensed kitchen enables her to bake and preserve the garden bounty. Rise &Thyme farm prides itself in quality food production, we have all of our preserved foods checked and certified through the University of Maine. Aaron is a Carpenter, and also the Main Farm worker at Rise & Thyme Farm. Not only did he build our house, and all the many things needed at the farm he is also responsible for the animals and the production of our hay fields and the gardens that supply Jennifer with all the ingredients she needs for canning. Rise & Thyme raises all of the products we sell, If the farm is unable to produce the ingredients, they are locally sourced from other farmers and from the markets we attend or local Amish Farms. We have enjoyed meeting new people, and being part of the market family, it has been a great way of joining a community that embraces good food and stewardship of the land.
Tripping Gnome Farm is a family-run farm in Freeport, Maine specializing in field and forest grown produce, including mushrooms, microgreens, and field vegetables. We use exclusively organic practices on the farm and everything we grow is either sold fresh or freeze-dried or it is donated to those in need in the greater Freeport area, so no produce ever goes to waste. At the 2024 Freeport Farmers' Market, we will have fresh and freeze-dried mushrooms, fresh microgreens, fresh and freeze-dried field-grown vegetables, seasoned sea salts, and fun farm merchandise.
Two Coves Farm is a saltwater family farm located in Harpswell. We produce pastured lamb, pork, meat chickens, eggs, and beef starting in 2025. There is a Farmstand located on the farm, and we are happy to be joining the Freeport Farmers Market!
